The website displays vehicle stock and does not provide accounts, online checkout or an enquiry form. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or email, we may receive your name, contact details, messages, vehicle preferences and information you decide to share. Our website hosting provider may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser and request details, to deliver and protect the website.
How and why we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to questions, discuss vehicles and arrange viewings or take steps you request before a possible purchase. We rely on legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, as appropriate. Technical information may be processed for our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and operational. Where the law requires another lawful basis, we will use that basis.
Who may receive information
Our website is hosted using Cloudflare services. If you choose WhatsApp or email, the relevant messaging or email providers process information needed to deliver your communication. The website also uses Google Fonts, and the directions link opens Google Maps only if you select it. How long we keep information
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry and any resulting transaction, complaint, dispute or legal record-keeping requirement.
